Au Coeur Des Neiges features 16 chalets with Alpine-style furnishings. Options range from smaller chalets in the main lodge to larger, more private chalets. Foyer n.12 is a two-room apartment (45 sqm) with an open plan living room with fireplace, TV, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Petit Chalet n.13 (80sqm) is on two levels. Upstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, downstairs a large living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. La Petite Brenva is a two-bedroom apartment (60sqm) located on the top floor of a Chalet, with a view of Mont Blanc. The Brenva n.200 is an apartment on two levels (120 sqm). Grand Foyer is a two bedroom apartment (92 sqm) located on the ground floor of the Resort.

The Bistrot, overseen by chef Giovanni D'Antonio, offers gourmet delicacies. Guests can customize menus for delivery to their chalet. Breakfast includes homemade croissants, bread, and jams, with options for eggs, crêpes, and Aosta Valley cold cuts and cheeses. Bar service includes coffee, snacks, and aperitifs in the apartments. The restaurant offers the best food in Courmayeur.

The wellness centre includes an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. The spa, in a wooden structure, features a Turkish bath, steam room, multi-sensory showers, and a relaxation area. The pool and whirlpool offer views of the Alps through large glass windows. The spa is open to hotel guests from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, and to external clients from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Access is allowed for children accompanied by an adult.

Au Coeur Des Neiges is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Courmayeur and a 2-minute walk from the ski lift to Plan Checrouit. The pedestrian streets of Courmayeur are a 5 to 10-minute walk. Turin is 200 km away. By car, the hotel is accessible from Italy via Highway A5 to Monte Bianco and from France via the Mont Blanc tunnel. The hotel is near area restaurants, shops, and bars.
